Artsy Express Service Agreement

By purchasing a membership to Artsy Express, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Membership Details

1. Tutorial Access

   • As a member of Artsy Express, you will receive access to six rotating painting tutorials at a time—the newest tutorial and the previous five months.
   • Tutorials include downloadable resources such as supply lists, tracers, reference photos, and step-by-step photo guides.

2. Teaching and Selling Policy

   • You are allowed to sell any paintings you create using Artsy Express tutorials.
   • Only members of the Artsy Moon Paint Club are granted the rights to teach the designs at in-person or online paint parties.

Payment Terms

3. Recurring Payments

   • Payments are automatically deducted from the payment method provided at sign-up on the same date each month.
   • Your membership fee of $17/month is locked in as long as you remain an active member.

4. Cancellation Policy

   • You may cancel your membership at any time through the Kajabi platform or by contacting support at support@overtheartsymoon.com.
   • Upon cancellation, access to tutorials will end at the conclusion of your current billing cycle.

5. Refund Policy

   • Due to the nature of digital products, all payments are non-refundable.

Communication

6. Email Communications
   • By completing your purchase, you agree to receive email communications from Artsy Express. These emails may include updates, resources, and promotional materials.
   • You may opt out of non-essential communications at any time.
