 🌙 Usage & Rights for Current Members of the Artsy Moon Paint Club (AMPC)

1️⃣ Membership Rights

If you are an active member in good standing, you are granted permission to use the designs in this Club:

  • For personal use

  • To paint and sell your own finished artwork

  • For in-person or online paint parties

  • For art kits you create

🔒 If you leave the membership, you also lose the rights to all designs, tutorials, and materials.

2️⃣ Reference Photos

You may use Artsy Moon Paint Club Paid Membership images for marketing purposes.

  • All reference photos must include the Artsy Moon Paint Club watermark or logo to protect your exclusive rights as a paying member.

  • You may post your own painted version of a design without the watermark — adding your initials or signature is encouraged.

3️⃣ Video Tutorials

  • You may not share or redistribute the AMPC video tutorial links. These are for members only.

  • They may not be included in online digital products or physical art kits.

  • You may record your own video of you teaching or painting the design (as long as you are an active member), but it must be private or unlisted, not public.

4️⃣ Step-by-Step Photo Instructions & Tutorials

  • You may include a printed copy of the step-by-step directions if you’re creating art kits for others.

  • You may not post or teach the full step-by-step process publicly, whether through photos, reels, or video tutorials.

5️⃣ Teaching Online or on Social Media

You’re welcome to share a small portion of a design publicly — such as a brush technique, color tip, or mini demo — but not the full painting.

The license entitles you to teach full designs only in private settings (such as in-person events or private groups).

6️⃣ Using Designs in Other Memberships

  • You may not use AMPC designs in your own membership, course, or program.

  • You may not share or sell them in any way that allows others to re-sell, re-teach, or redistribute the designs.

7️⃣ Selling Online (Such as Etsy & Maker Place)

As an active AMPC member, you may sell art kits you create using AMPC designs — for personal use only.

If you list items online, each listing must include this statement:

“Designs and tracers are for personal use only. Not to be used for-profit in paint party businesses or memberships.”

💛 Please be respectful when using AMPC designs. Our goal is to help you succeed while protecting the value of the Club and its members.

✔️ Selling for personal use = allowed
🚫 Selling for commercial or for-profit use (paint parties, memberships, etc.) = not allowed

Note: If you’re part of Artsy Express, your membership includes personal-use rights only — designs may not be used for teaching, resale, or kits.
