Memberships
Memberships automatically renew according to the billing schedule selected during checkout unless cancelled before the next renewal.
To avoid renewal charges, cancellation requests should be submitted at least three (3) business days before your renewal date.
Upon cancellation, you will retain access through the end of your current billing period. No additional charges will be made after your cancellation becomes effective.
User Content
If you submit comments, photos, artwork, testimonials, or other content to us through the Site, email, or social media, you grant Over the Artsy Moon LLC a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, reproduce, publish, and share that content for marketing, educational, or promotional purposes unless you specifically request otherwise in writing.

By opting in to receive updates for our acrylic painting workshops, you agree to receive automated transactional text messages and live-stream reminders from Over the Artsy Moon LLC at the number provided. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies based on the workshop launch schedule. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any text message. For help, reply HELP. Data obtained through the SMS program will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

Membership Cancellation Policy

Cancellation requests should be submitted at least three (3) business days before your renewal date to avoid your next recurring charge.
After cancellation, you will continue to have access to your membership through the end of your current billing period.
Our support team responds to emails Monday through Friday, excluding holidays, and we strive to respond within two business days.
