First up, we take our black canvas (the perfect night sky, right?) and give it a little purple pizzazz. A dab of dioxazine purple here, a sprinkle of white there — suddenly, you’re not just painting stars, you’re painting a whole mysterious galaxy. 

The Toothbrush Splatter Blast

Want instant star fields? Get your trusty toothbrush ready! Dip it lightly in white paint (don’t drown it, or you’ll get a paint explosion!), and flick those bristles with your thumb. Splatter magic everywhere! This one’s perfect if you love a little chaos and surprises in your art—just like real stars, no two splatters are the same!

The Fancy Twinkle Light

Feeling romantic? This one’s for you. Draw a plus sign (+) and an “x” over it, then curve the edges to make those classic twinkle shapes—like the stars are throwing a cosmic dance party. Use your detail brush or paint marker to make those glows pop with colors like yellow, orange, and white. Warning: these stars have sass!
